  • This unit is located in Building 2 on the 7th floor.
  • All buildings at the resort feature elevators for accessibility.
  • The unit and common spaces are wheelchair accessible, with step-free access, wide doorways, and smooth pathways.

Policies and Rules

  • GUEST MAKING RESERVATION MUST BE 23 OR OLDER
  • Family groups only. Should a group misrepresent themselves, they will be required to vacate the premises immediately without refund.
  • The company reserves the right to refund deposits, refuse rental, or discontinue occupancy if, in their opinion, the tenant is detrimental to the property.
  • Grilling is prohibited on decks, balconies, and directly adjacent to buildings.
  • No fireworks of any kind are allowed.
  • SORRY, NO PETS ALLOWED – (IT IS A RESORT POLICY)
  • NO SMOKING INSIDE CONDO
  • Smoking is not permitted in any residence. A $150 fee may be charged for ionization, if smoking in the property is detected.
  • This resort is pet-free, smoke-free, and strictly prohibits trailers.
  • Absolutely no house parties.
  • The Premises shall be used only for residential purposes, no animals and for no other purpose whatsoever.
  • Tenant in possession, use, and occupancy of the Premises agrees to observe and comply with all restrictions, laws, and ordinances affecting the Premises or occupancy thereof.
  • No acts shall be done which will increase the existing rate of insurance upon the Premises or cause cancellation of any insurance policy covering the Premises.

Fees and Payments

  • A $250 security deposit may be held on your credit card for damages after your stay.
  • Payments accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.
  • RESERVATIONS DO NOT INCLUDE: Expenses and items not mentioned, including, but not limited to: transportation, tips for personal services, meals, insurance, telephone calls, and other items of a personal nature.

Parking Information

  • Each unit includes free parking for one car.
  • Public parking and a trolley stop are available at the bottom of the hill for a nominal fee of $0.50.
  • Trailer or car hauler parking is strictly prohibited. Contact property management for alternative arrangements.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Free Wi-Fi and cable TV are available in the unit.
  • Local phone service is provided.
  • Sheets and towels are provided for your stay and cannot be changed out.
  • A washer and dryer are available in the unit, with a single-use box of detergent provided. Bring extra if needed.
  • For specialized items such as a wok, rice steamer, or crockpot, please bring your own, as these are not provided.
  • Outdoor pool is heated typically in April and May. Indoor pool is heated year-round.
  • Community amenities include outdoor grills (not on decks or balconies), picnic areas, walking trail, tetherball, volleyball court, horseshoes, two playgrounds, basketball court, and shuffleboard.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • Use of swimming pool or other facilities is at your own risk. Injury, damage, or loss to personal property is the guest's responsibility.
  • Tenant assumes all risk of damage to any and all personal property of Landlord and Tenant during use and occupancy, and agrees to hold Landlord harmless and indemnify against the same.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • If you cancel your reservation more than 14 days in advance of your arrival date, you will receive a full refund.
  • If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to your arrival date, you will forfeit the entire rental fee.
  • All cancellations must be made by phone (855-44-SWEET). You cannot cancel online.
  • The company reserves the right to cancel the booking for any reason; in this instance, all monies paid will be refunded. The company is not liable for any other costs incurred by the client.
  • The company is not liable for loss or delay incurred by fire, flood, terrorist activity, political unrest, strikes, riots, war, technical or weather problems with transport, adverse weather conditions or any other event beyond their control.
